About Us
Founded in 1973, the former name of Shaoyang Hengyuan Zijiang Hydroelectric Equipment Co., Ltd. is Shaoyang Hydro-Power Equipment General Factory. In 2005, our company founded a stock company consisting of Cili Hydropower Equipment Factory Hunan and Shaoyang Hydro-Power Equipment General Factory. Now, we have become the member unit of China Electric and Industry Association and we are known as a special factory of producing medium and mini type hydro-power equipment. Our total investment is RMB80 million Yuan and the registration fund is RMB22 million Yuan. Our factory area is 86,667 square meters and the workshop area is 30,000 square meters, with 500 employees and annual production value up to 200 million Yuan. The brand name "ZIJIANG" has been registered for our product and our products are awarded as "Believable Product for Quality" by China Electric and Industry Association.
Our company has more than 500 sets of special producing and testing equipment, such as 5 meter vertical lathes, 8 meter horizontal lathes, 160 sets boring lathes, 100 sets rocker drill press, generator running experimentation stands, balance experimentation machines, hydro-turbine experimentation stands, ultrasonic exploring wound instruments and other machines. Our production capability reaches 200MW and stand-alone capability is less than 50MW, and the seat of generator is under 4,250. The runner diameter of Francis type is less than 2.5 meters, the runner diameter of tube type turbine is under 3.5 meters and the runner diameter of Pelton type turbine is less than 2.0 meters. Since foundation, we have developed and produced more than 400 kinds of hydro-turbines and generator sets and the running oversea and internal hydro-turbines and generator sets are more than 3,000 sets.
We have more than 100 special technical personnel, among whom 12 are high-class engineers, 38 are engineers, 5 are high-class technicians and 26 are technicians. Because of rich technical power, we have ability to choose model, design, produce, test, supply installation and after sales services, reconstruct old power stand and provide personnel training for new water power stands.
Our company has got GB/T19001:2000 International Quality Management System Authentication and pushed comprehensive quality control.
