About Us

Nantong New Century Mechanical and Electrical Co., Ltd. is a contract keeping and AAA grade good credit star enterprise. We mainly deal in R&D and manufacturing of impregnating dryer line and related supplementary equipments. Our impregnating dryer plants are tailor-made for production of melamine (MUF, UF, and PF) impregnated paper, MDF (HDF) surface paper, laminate-floor impregnating paper, particle board (fireproof board) surface paper and insulative layer board (PCB). We have occupied a market share of above 70% and become one of China's main suppliers of impregnation production line.

ST1500 horizontal two-step impregnating dryer, in base of introduction, digestion and absorbing foreign advanced equipment and technology, we developed the new generation impregnating dryer line. We launched the line in 1990, and immediately caused a tremendous response. Our local factories purchased numerously and continually. As the market expanding quickly, we first independently developed ST1800B (5ft), the ST2000B (6ft), the ST2340B (7ft), the ST2700B (8ft) impregnation paper dryer line to meet the domestic and foreign clients' increasing demand. ST Series dryers have strong advantages in low energy consumption, speed, glue savings and high degree of automation.

There are so many projects, such as Zhongrenhuayuan (Beijing), Peishen (Tianjin), Hengyuan (Bazhou), Hanghe (Shengyang), Ruixing (Shanghai), Jiejia (Shanghai), Weishenya (Shanghai), Xinda (Guangzhou), Kanda (Shenzhen), Wanli (Zhejiang), Xiangshi (Nanjing), Chengming (Shangdong), Lindun (Shangdong), Huasheng (Penglai), Luyuan (Lingyi), Hengfeng (Renping), Shangming (Fujian), Yuangchuang (Chengdu), Kangpai (Changsha), Linbing (Kunming), Rengling (Chuzhou), Yongwei (Qinyang), Xingdeji (Kaifeng), Meiling (Wuxi), Boda (Changzhou), Yaming (Changzhou), Hongye (Changzhou). We've supplied more than 100 sets of these impregnating lines to numerous well-known decorative and isolative materials manufacturers, covering more than 20 provinces, municipalities, self-control regions. We also have successfully opened up the international market, sold our products in places as far as Vietnam, Thailand, Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, etc.
