About Us

Zhangjiagang Wuhuan Knitting Co., Ltd. is located in Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province. Our company enjoys convenient transportation and advantageous geographical environment. Established in 1990, our company has rich human and material resources. Our annual output of fabric is up to 8,000 metric tons, which is equal to 35,000 kilometers.

We specialize in producing warp knitting fabrics. Our main equipment was imported from the Karl Mayer Company and Terrot Company in Germany, which have the international advanced equipment of warp knitting. Backed up by various designs, prime quality, and hundreds of patterns, our products sell well both at home and abroad.

Adhering to the tenet of "Prime Quality and High Reputation", we promise to offer clients high quality products, reasonable prices, and considerate services. With more than 10 years' development, we have become a middle sized company. Our company covers an area of 55,000 square meters, including a floor area of 25,000 square meters. We have about 400 employees, including 40 special technicians. At present, we have fixed assets of RMB70 million. Our annual capacity of fabrics is 8,000 metric tons, which is equal to 2 million sets of garments. Our sales value has reached RMB180 million, including USD4,000,000 of exporting.

Our company has 120 sets of machines, including warp knitting machines of 130, 138, and 170, with guages of 28, 30, and 32, which were imported from the Karl Mayer Company in Germany. We also have circular machines of 30, 34, and 38 with guages of 16, 18, 19, 20, 24, 28, 32, 36, and 40 single and double knitting machines. These machines were imported from the Terrot Company in Germany.

Our main products have two series: polyester/nylon and T/C fabrics as well as 100 pct cotton fabrics. They include nine kinds such as lycra fabrics, underwear fabrics, velour fabrics, mesh fabrics, jersey fabrics, brassiere fabrics, swimwear fabrics, jacquard fabrics, and fleece fabrics.
