About Us

Rugao Lingmei Dress Co., Ltd. is located in Rugao City of Jiangsu Province. Our company, previously known as Rugao Clothes & Lining Factory, was established in 1979 as one of the first township enterprises in Rugao. A corporate enterprise with registered capital of RMB3 million and investment of RMB30 million was established in October of 1995. Our company covers an area of 14,000 square meters and there are over 1300 staff members. Our company is a middle-sized foreign trader of garments with independent import and export rights.

Our company possesses a complete set of CAD plate making equipment, 980 sets of Juki high speed flat linking machines imported from Japan, 104 sets of 5-thread selvage-seaming machines, 3 sets of imported eyelet buttonhole sewing machines, 120 sets of steam pressing stands, 16 sets of hot air seam sealing machines and 4 sets of belt needle detectors made in China and abroad. Our company always maintains an leading position in production equipment.

We mainly produce casual wear, jackets, down coats and raincoats with monthly output of over 150,000 pieces/suits of tatting and other garments. With fashionable designs and high quality, our garments enjoy a good reputation among customers in Japan, Europe and the USA.
