About Us

Cheerlook Garment Mfg. Co., Ltd. (Cheerlook) was set up in 1988 with headquarters located in Kowloon of Hong Kong and a production base in Panyu District of Guangzhou. Armed with 20 years' experience in lingerie manufacturing, and supplemented with persistent faith in the pursuit of perfection, our company has gradually developed from a 500m2 workshop into a top manufacturer with workshops occupying 60,000sqm in 19 years, through effective international management and operation. Nowadays, our products are exported to over 10 countries and regions in Europe and America, including the USA, Canada, Germany, Japan and Australia. Moreover, our newly built comprehensive factory has more than 1400 employees with monthly production capacity reaching 500,000 pieces.

Our whole production line utilizes advanced computerized control systems with sectional management. Furthermore, the production information of every procedure is saved in a hard disc and transferred to the downstream. From cutting, sewing to finishing, every procedure is automatically arranged and connected by dedicated employees. Therefore, we can assure high quality products. Independent single station and fiber glass partition can prevent interference to employees, so that they can perform the best in a peaceful environment.

Currently, Cheerlook has 1400 employees, 850 of whom are skilled and take up 70% of the total. 10% of them are semi-skillful workers. In addition, about 100 of them are technicians, occupying 8% of our total staff, and working in core sections such as pattern design, R&D and manufacturing departments. Outstanding and skilled employees guarantee continuous enterprise development.

Under the leadership of a dedicated, experienced and enthusiastic management team, the potential of outstanding employees can be well excavated and developed. The management team includes two mill managers who have 18 years' experience in production and operation, and a senior professor of University of Canada Institute of Technology who takes charge of product development, quality control and product design.

Outstanding management and production team is the key of manufacturing top quality products. In order to assure the effective operation of production lines, our company has set up a team leader, group leader, section chief, production manager, mill manager, director and president hierarchical control system for timely finding out and solving problems, which assures that the entire production line can run at best state.

Compared with 50 work procedures of common underwear manufacturing, Cheerlook fractionizes our whole production into 90 procedures with specific requirements and standards for even every thread, thus assuring the top quality of finished products.

Our company focuses on the quality inspection of products with strict control from IQC: Incoming Quality Control, IPQC: In-Process Quality Control, OQC: Out-Going Quality Control, IPQC: Quality Control Before Warehousing, FQC: Final Quality Control, QA: Quality Assurance (sampling inspection for finished products) and AQL: Acceptable Quality Level as well as QS: Quality Security Control. Therefore, the rate of defective products is lower than international standards.

Cheerlook has almost 20 years' experience in OEM services. Providing hundreds of varieties of different items, our company has set up long-term business cooperation relationships with many European and American quality brands.
