About Us
Ningbo Jinlong Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. is located in Yuyao City which is a developing city in Zhejiang Province. With fixed assets worth 16 million US dollars, our company covers an area of 68,000 square meters and staffs 800 employees.
Our company is situated 45 kilometers west of Ningbo International Airport, 40 kilometers west of Ningbo Port, 80 kilometers east of Hangzhou International Airport and 15 kilometers south of Hangzhou Bay Bridge. We enjoy convenient transportation.
Home appliances
The core business of our company is the manufacture of a comprehensive range of domestic and industrial vacuum cleaners. With 8 advanced full-automated assembly lines and incorporating automated painting and printing facilities, we can manufacture 300,000 units per year. Comprehensive in-house testing facilities are utilized.
All appliances are produced in compliance with ISO9001, GS, CE, EMS, EMC, EMF, UL, LUD and CCC standards and have attained RoHS certification.
Plastics mould manufacture
Our clean and well organized tool-room covers an area of 5000 square meters and utilizes advanced high precision CNC machining centers, high precision wire-cut and conventional EDM machines, a 3 axis coordinate measuring machine as well as numerous high-precision numerical control milling machines. The equipment is sourced from the USA, Switzerland, Japan and Taiwan Area.
As well as providing internal tooling for appliance manufacturer, the excess capacity is utilized for a thriving business involving the supply of export quality tooling to various countries around the world. Complex moulds for avionics, electronics, electrical and medical industries are manufactured according to exacting standards. Our toolroom has capacities to manufacture 80 moulds per month. As well as being able to make use of the resources of injection moulding section, we also have our own mould trial facilities.
Injection moulding and fabrication
The dedicated moulding facility is spotlessly clean and covers an area of 8000 square meters, comprising 2 distinct sections. In the small machine section, 100 machines ranging from 15 to 125 tons are all robotized. In the process to large range moulding workshop, 68 machines from 150 to 1600 tons are utilized for both internal and customized moulding.
Extensive drying and pre-treatment facilities are provided and a full range of both engineering and commodity polymers are processed in accordance with very exacting standards. 3D measuring equipment is utilized for checking compliance to customers' specifications and rigorous quality check is ongoing during production.
Our products are exported to the USA, Europe, South Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Our success is measured by the amount of repeated business orders.
