Shaanxi Baoguang Vacuum Electric Device Co., Ltd. is the largest vacuum interrupter manufacturer in China.
It was founded in 1970 and obtained ISO9000 quality certificate in 1990.
For more than 30 years, the output and sales volume as well as the technical
&quality level of "BAOGUANG" vacuum interrupters have been ranking in the first place in China.
At present, our annual production capacity of vacuum interrupters comes up to 400,000 pieces.
So far, more than 2,300,000 pieces of "BAOGUANG" brand vacuum interrupters have been served in transmission and distribution places all over the world.
Our main products include six categories of over 300 varieties such as vacuum interrupter, vacuum switchgear, electro-vacuum ceramic & glass products.
The rated voltage of vacuum interrupter covers from 0.38kV to 126kV, the range of rated current is 160A to 6300A and rated short-circuit breaking current is 2.5kA to 80kA.
The rated voltage of vacuum switchgear covers from 6kV to 40.5kV, the rated current of 160A to 4000A and rated short-circuit breaking current of 2.5kA to 63kA. And, the technical & quality level of vacuum switchgear places on the forefront of the industry.The current annual production capacity of vacuum switchgears is 3,000 sets.
Baoguang products comply with the relative national and international standards( GB and IEE standard). The products have been widely used in power distribution and transmission system of electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemistry, mine, railway, broadcast, communication industries. And, the products are not only sold well in domestic market but also exported to American-European countries, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and so on.
R&D
Independent R&D: Baoguang owns a specialized R&D team, which has more than 50 professionals and more than 230 engineers and technicians with rich experience. The company also has a set of complete and mature R&D program and professional R&D managing software.
Cooperated R&D: Baoguang has established long term and good cooperation with Xi'an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China Electric Power Research Institute; It also has conducted technical exchanges with international well-known enterprises and academic institution to develop market leading products.
Striving to build international brands, Baoguang has owned advanced processing equipment introduced from Germany and the United States. At present, Shaanxi Baoguang has developed international advanced vacuum interrupter such as high voltage, heavy current, long life, S1 series, class C2 series high-end vacuum interrupter as well as vacuum interrupter for mine, embedding and 24KV etc. It also has intelligent, multi-purpose and large capacity vacuum switchgear with domestic advanced level.
Quality Control:
The quality control system is established as per ISO9000. It focuses on customers' demand and effectively promotes the reduction of "customers' complaint/rejection" year by year.The current "period rejection rate" of Shaanxi Baoguang's product has been lowered to less than 0.1%, which has reached advanced international level.
Test:
The vacuum interrupter has passed type test at KEMA Test Station, China Xi'an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute HV Test Station, Korea Electric Power Research Institute, High Voltage Laboratory of Central Power Research Institute, India. After three times of large-scale technical innovation,it has perfect testing measures for routine test.
