By the joint efforts of our personnel, our company has now developed into a fully holding Group Company that comprises Guangzhou Zhenli Electromechanical Co., Ltd, Guangzhou Cinix Haohe Co., Ltd, and Guangzhou Cinix Yuntong Co., Ltd.

Founded in February 2004, Cinix Steel Pole Structures Corporation, Guangzhou is located at Shitan Industrial Park, Shitan Town, Zengcheng City, with beautiful scenery and the pleasant view of Guangzhou "Garden". Covering an area of 82,000m2 including a plant area of 40,000 m2, we mainly produce 220kV and below power transmission line pipes, 500kV and below power transmission towers and pipe combination towers, 500kV and below transformer substation frames, and other steel structure products. Currently, our company is a corporation with an annual output of steel pipe/ substation frames of 20,000 tons, power transmission towers of 40,000-50,000 tons, power transmission steel pipe combination towers of 50,00-80,00 tons, and that is in total of 80,000 tons.

Guangzhou Cinix Haohe Co., Ltd. is situated in Shipai Town, Dongguan City of Guangdong. Since 2004, our company and Cinix Steel Pole Structures Corporation, Guangzhou have became close business partners as their business transaction developed. In 2006, due to Guangzhou Cinix Steel Pole Structures Corp.'s constant enlargement of production scale, constant improvement of output, our new galvanizing plant can not be built within the red line. After two companies' joint consultation, the legal representative Mr. Gao Honghui of Guangzhou Cinix Steel Pole Structures Corp. decided to invest in with 65% shares. Therefore, in October of the year, Guangzhou Cinix Haohe Co., Ltd was established formally.

Guangzhou Cinix Yuntong Co., Ltd. in Panyu District of Guangzhou, formerly known as Guangzhou Panyu Yuntong Hot Dip Galvanizing Co., Ltd,. Thanks to the India's microwave communication towers produced by Guangzhou Cinix Steel Pole Structures Corp, the output increased in a short time, and galvanized products can reach the output of 5,000 tons per month. However, the original galvanizing equipment can not meet the needs of company's development anymore. After negotiation and consent, the legal representative Mr. Gao Honghui of Guangzhou Cinix Steel Pole Structures Corp contributed 30% of the total investment. In March 2007, we established Guangzhou Cinix Yuntong Co., Ltd

At the end of 2007, in view of the good trend of iron tower market and company's strategic development, through the unanimous approval the directors of company's board, Guangzhou Cinix Steel Pole Structures Corp. invested in and constructed an iron tower production base in full amount-Guangzhou Zhenli Electromechanical Co., Ltd., which occupies 50 acres, putting in production at the end of May 2008.
