About Us

Established in 1996, Hangzhou Jiangnan Heavy Machinery Plant is a specialized manufacturer of forged products, and our main products include rollers and heat-engine and hydroelectricity rotors. Based on this, our branch company called HangZhou ZhengDa Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd was established in 2007.

Our company specializes in research and development, designing and manufacturing roller materials such as Cr2, Cr3, Cr5 and Sendzimir work roll materials and special steel materials. We are in the leading position of forged steel cold rolls and special steel materials in China. There are many forging experts from home and abroad to develop and research roller materials and various roll market constantly. Now, Cr2, and Cr3 roll materials have been put into production. Technology of Cr5 is becoming mature and stable. In 2009, our special material, such as H13 plug, will be put into production in 2009.

Our company owns manufacture equipment of roll material, which includes electroslag remelting furnaces, forged and process equipment, physical and chemical inspection equipment, based on the smelting and forging capacity of multiple sets of large-sized smelting furnaces and hydraulic presses. After 10 years' development, our company has provided users with numerous super quality forged products for various material forged rolls and heat-engines and hydroelectricity rotors, and various large-size of alloy forged products for chemical engineering machinery and nuclear equipment.

We keep close relationships with teaches and students of Northeastern University and Northwestern Poly Technology University to develop and research new materials and technology, and we insist on science and technology to develop our company.

In 2003, our company passed the ISO9001: 2000 quality management system certification, and ISO14001 environmental management system certification in 2007.
