Liaoning Fu-An Foundry Co., Ltd. is a company which produces all kinds of steel castings from 2-100tons. Our production capacity is 18,000t per year. There are 680 employees, including 102 engineers and technologists.

A.Main equipments:
1) Our foundry company:
a.Smelting equipments:
Electric-arc furnace (HX-30t),
Refined-smelting ladle furnace (LF-30t),
Vacuum furnace VD (30t) /VOD (25t)
b.Casting equipments & technology:
Continuous sand mixing machine of 12t, 25t, 40t, 60t
Formative technology: basic phenol formaldehyde resin sand
c.Cleaning & heat treatment equipments:
5t suspended shot-blasting machine
50t car-type shot-blasting machine
24,28 ,35 ,100 square meters car-type heat treatment furnace.

c.Boring-milling lathes:125 diameter one set,130 diameter one set, 150 diameter one set,160 diameter one set, 200 diameter one set, 250 diameter one set, 320 diameter one set
d.NC boring-milling lathe, 200 diameter one set;digimatic boring-milling lather 200 diameter one set
e.Planer milling machine, length 8-meter and width 3-meter one set
NC planer milling machine, length 18-meter and width 6-meter one set
f. Cylinder boring machines: large-sized three sets and min-sized two sets

B.Main products:
a. Thermal power generation products: Casing, valve body,nozzle diaphragm and others. (Materials:carbon steel,chrome-molybdenum steel, supercritical steel and super supercritical steel)
b. Hydraulic power generation products: Runner crown, runner band, blade, water wheel, runner hub, thrust bush and others. (Materials: extra-low-carbon stainless steel, Silicon-Manganese steel)
c. Wind power generation products: Planet carrier, drive shaft and others. (Materials: chrome-nickel-molybdenum steel)
d. Metallurgy & rolling products: mill housing, bearing chock, beam, ladle and others. (Materials: carbon steel, low alloy steel)
e. Mining & Cement products: crushing engine, crushing part of crusher, conical live ring, under roller and others. (Materials: carbon steel, low alloy steel)
f. Marine products: main bearing support, tiller, upper rudder casting, lower rudder casting, boss and others. (Materials: carbon steel, low alloy steel)
