Chongqing North Jianshe Imp.&Exp. Trade Co., Ltd., a trade company, is a department of Jianshe Industries that specializes in importing and exporting business. We have accumulated more than 10 years' operating history since the establishment, exporting the commodities that are produced by Jianshe Industries. We use YAMAHA technology, under the guarantee of powerful production capabilities to produce high quality commodities in line with the requirements of local market.

Jianshe Industries has experienced over 118 years' production history. After the forth relocation, we have put more than RMB 2 billion into purchasing 1,999,800sqm land for the project of Jianshe New Industrial Park. After the finishing of construction, our motorcycle manufacturing base with an integration of all sorts of lines such as machining, pressing, pipe bending, automatic welding, automatic painting, heat treatment and high and low pressure casting of components, general assembly of motorcycles, general assembly of engines, and general assembly of ATVs, will has an annual production capacity reaching more than 1 million sets of motorcycles and engines respectively.

For research and development capacity, we have invested RMB 130 million in the newly purchase of all sorts of research and development software, hardware and equipment with the aim improving our design and research capacity, engineering development capacity and testing capacity so as to reach the level of "original design in profile, prototype design in structure, cooperative design in product integration".

For manufacturing capacity, we have invested RMB 234 million in building 70 new production lines and 9 modification and relocation production lines, such as assembly lines as well as welding and pressing lines and others, which dramatically improve our level of numerical control and automation, forming strong capacity to produce more than 1 million sets of motorcycles annually. That has maintained a leading position in the domestic same industry for 5 years and will last for 10 years.

Jianshe engine machining unity workshop covers an area of 20,000 square meters, with 27 production lines, of which there are 4 world class flexible assembly lines, forming the capacity to produce 1.3 million sets of engines annually. Through "selective assembly" for the flexible assembly line, misassembled, neglected assembled, mixed assembled and quality incipient fault due to the mismatching between the components can be eliminated completely.

Jianshe welding and pressing workshop has the internationally advanced high precision dies. With flexible fixtures, our pressing quality can be controlled well. Owing to the welding robot that is introduced from Japan, advanced technology together with a flexible machining system, our unscarred welding can be operated by the robot, which makes our products improved dramatically in comfort and security.

The unity workshop of Jianshe Motorcycle is the largest workshop of domestic motorcycle enterprises at present, and it also the principal part of a project that carries out the lean production mode, and it has internationally advanced flexible assembly lines.

For logistics management, we have applied advanced means such as the design concepts of synchronization, one flow, synchronous and punctual distribution, and the informationized management system, according to the "lean production" requirement. That makes our logistics distance shorten to 1/10 after relocation, and makes our logistics cost decrease by more than 1/3.

Depending on Yamaha technological support, our world-class quality product base will be built.
