About Us

Yueqing City Chengjie Electronics Co., Ltd. was founded in 1999. We are located in Xianyangchen Industrial Zone, Hongqiao, Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province of China East Coast, and our transportation is very convenient.

Our company is engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of power switches, sockets, electrical automotive electronics, miniature circuit breaker, children's toys and other related products. We are one of the many well-known domestic and foreign companies supported by the designated factory. Our product security certification system has been adopted in accordance with CL, CUL, VDE, CSA and CCC standards, and RoHS Environmental Protection Requirements. We are strictly in accordance with the ISO9001:2000 Quality System to run and build up production laboratories at UL standards.

Research Development and Design Department
We are equipped with the most advanced computer-aided production system (CIMS), design, production, analysis and integration systems (CAD, CAM and CAE), and other modern product development, production, testing equipment and facilities. We have a full range of technology programmers in product development, manufacture and processing.

Mold Manufacturing Center
We carry on all of the mold development, manufacturing, processing and assembling. Our center has more than a decade of experience in the development and fabrication of molds, and has a variety of processing equipment and testing equipment. Our annual production capacity is 300 sets of plastic molds, 200 sets of metal molds, 500 sets of processing and assembling equipment. We are in the leading level in domestic mold development and manufacture.

Products Production department
We have introduced the current international advanced production equipment with strong production capacity. Our plastic infusion workshop has more than 50 sets of plastic infusion machines with output from 80 tons to 300 tons. Our stamping workshop has more than 20 sets high-speed punches with output from 25 tons to 160 tons. Our assembly workshop has 8 assembly lines.
